Shelley as a collaborative and strengths-based approach to psychological treatment. She combines compassion and a holistic perspective with up-to-date, evidence-informed treatment strategies.
Shelley has a particular interest in neurodevelopmental disorders and offers assessment for Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism. The assessment is comprehensive and follows best practice guidelines, using gold-standard psychometrics. The experience is sensitive and neuro-affirming.

Assessment
Shelley provides assessments for neurodevelopmental disorders including Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism. Shelley has a special interest in neurodevelopmental assessment for adults in general and particularly with adult females. Referrals for AD/HD and Autism assessment are currently open. Referrals of Intellectual Assessment may also be accepted following consultation.

Shelley works within treatment modalities including Schema Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness-based therapies for conditions including depression and low mood, generalised, social and other anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, adjustment disorder, identity, self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties and grief and loss.
